About this site

This Site is a marketing and portfolio site for Thealus, a Toronto-based creative studio producing cinematic video ads, campaigns, and UGC. Information here is general and provided to help you learn about and contact us.

Quotes and engagements

Any prices, packages, or examples shown on the Site are starting points for illustration and are not a binding offer. Pricing is confirmed during a call, and any work we take on is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and Thealus. Nothing on this Site by itself creates a contract for services.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Thealus name, logo, text, design, and the video and creative work shown — is owned by Thealus or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

Some portfolio pieces are concept or spec work created to demonstrate capability and may feature fictional or illustrative brands. They are shown as examples of our craft.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use its content in a way that infringes our rights or those of others.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services and platforms (such as our scheduling tool and social media profiles). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own discretion.
